Shipping

Processing Times: Please allow 10-15 days.  All orders are custom-made.  Our shipping days are generally on Saturdays or Mondays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns/Exchanges

No refunds.  Returned items are free of charge in person or if mailed at the customers expense.  Item must be unworn, unwashed and with original tag.  Items be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.  Persevere Gear, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise in in new like condition.  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Customers exchanging/returning items are responsible for shipping cost of the return and new item(s).  If items are returned to us due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY!! (within 24 hours preferably)
